Our group classes are offered at our Lower East side, Boerum Hill, + Gowanus locations. We are a small and intimate space with minimal reformers so expect to get individualized attention and find comfort and ease communicating with your instructor to make the most of your experience!

FAQs

  • Our late cancel policy is any cancellation made within the 12 hour window before class start time.

    You will be charged a $20 late cancel fee and you will get your class credit returned to your account to use at a later date.

  • If you do not cancel your class prior to the class start time and “no show” you will be charged $47, the full rate of class, regardless of how you paid (i.e membership, package, etc.)

    You will keep your class credit to use at a later date.

  • The waitlist is a great option to utilize in order to get into a full class.

    You simply add yourself to the waitlist of the class you would like to take, you will get automatically pushed into class if someone else cancels and will be notified via email or text, as long as you have your notifications set up.

    You will NOT be added automatically within the 12 hours before class as to avoid any last minute adds due to cancellation.

    HOT TIP: keep your eye on the class you want to get into day of in case someone cancels out since there’s no auto push :)

  • You must wear socks (sticky socks preferred) for all classes and private sessions and comfortable clothes to move in. We are a no phones studio as well, so plan on packing it away during class :)
