  • FEEL GOOD

    Good Time Pilates’ signature class designed to leave you feeling good! 50 minutes to build strength, coordination, and beneficial release work. Leave feeling ready to conquer anything thrown your way. Suitable for everyday and students of all levels.

  • OOF THAT BURNS

    This class will leave you a lil’ sweaty, shaky, and feeling stronger than ever. An intermediate level class that will use heavier springs, longer holds, and more reps to get you feeling the benefits of Pilates for days to come! Not suitable for pre/postnatal or injury prone students.

  • SLOW + JUICY

    This class will leave you feeling the perfect balance of fired up and stretched out. With lots of articulated movements, deep stretches, and slow burn. A great choice for recovery days or students new to Pilates. This class is pre and postnatal safe.

  • BOUNCE

    Class is designed to get your heart rate lifted and endorphins pumping all while remaining low impact. Using the jumpboard we hit your full body in ways you didn’t think were possible. This class is the most fun way to get your cardio in or release stress after a long day! Not suitable for beginners, pre/postnatal, or injury prone students.

  • HIIT ME UP

    Using weights and all your pilates favorites this class is no joke. Expect a mix of strength training, cardio challenges, and core exercises that will leave you SWEATY and coming back for more. This class is designed to push you out of your comfort zone and build strength in new ways. This class is not suitable for pre/postnatal, or injury prone students.

  • UNIQUE TECHNIQUE

    An advanced reformer class for experienced pilates students, that is designed to push the core elements of pilates to an extreme. Using the classical repertoire, mixed with creative new choreography, this class will challenge your full body coordination, balance, and push your understanding of technique to a whole new level.

  • PRE + POSTNATAL

    This class is to help with all of the changes and challenges that come with pregnancy. It will focus on building safe strength for before and after birth. Additional attention on alignment and improving balance to help alleviate aches and pains!

  • SUPER STRETCH

    A full 50 minutes of stretching using the reformer and other props. A head to toe check in that will leave you feeling like a whole new person. Includes deep fascial release, dynamic stretching, mobility training, and breathwork. Suitable for all levels.
