Our go-to first-timer class — deep stretches, slow burn, and a vibe that's equal parts chill and challenging. Great for total beginners. All levels welcome.

Private sessions are customized entirely to you — perfect for injuries, specific goals, or if you want to learn the reformer before jumping into a group class.

Before your first visit

What should I wear?+
Anything you'd work out in. Grip socks are required — we sell them at the studio if you don't have a pair.
Do I need Pilates experience?+
Zero experience needed for slow + juicy or any private session. Your instructor will walk you through everything.
How early should I arrive?+
Arrive 10–15 minutes before your first class to meet your instructor and get familiar with the reformer.
What's the cancellation policy?+
Cancel at least 12 hours before class to avoid a $20 late cancel fee. No-shows are charged the full class price ($47).
I'm pregnant — can I come?+
Yes! We have a dedicated pre + postnatal class, and slow + juicy is also prenatal safe. Privates are a great option too for a fully customized experience.
